  Quality promise

  The long-term effective operation of the quality management system established by the company is first guaranteed in terms of organization and personnel. The management representative is mainly responsible for the implementation, operation, inspection and assessment of the ISO9001:2000 standard. Professionally trained and qualified internal quality system reviewers are distributed in various departments and production workshops, which play a key role in product quality assurance.

  All products of the company go through strict inspection procedures before leaving the factory to ensure that the quality products that fully meet the requirements are delivered to customers.

  The warranty period is 36 months from the date the product is sold. (Functional accessories and consumables such as batteries, test leads, clips, etc. are not covered by the warranty period)

  After-sales service

  During the warranty period, if the malfunction occurs due to product quality problems, it will be repaired free of charge. If the product is damaged or malfunctions due to improper operation or man-made reasons, we only charge the cost.

  We provide life-long maintenance for the products sold. For products that exceed the warranty period, such as damage, failure, or replacement parts, we only charge the cost.

  For products that have been repaired within the non-warranty period, if the same device is damaged again, the company will provide free repair services within six months.

  In addition, our company has professional technical personnel. If there is a problem in the use of the product, you can also consult our company by telephone, and the engineer will answer it for you.

  Maintenance process

  If there is a problem with the product, please communicate with our company's technicians on the phone first, and then determine the maintenance plan. Products purchased for more than 8 years will no longer be repaired.

  Instructions for sending and receiving repaired products:

  1. When sending repairs, please attach a description of the product malfunction, the contact information and address for the return.

  2. When the user receives the repaired product, please check the quantity and model in time. If the model and quantity are not correct, contact the company's after-sales service department on the same day and respond, otherwise it will be regarded as the quantity and model of the repaired product received by the user. The time of revision is the same.
