The “Earth Test Technology and Standard System Construction” seminar of the Energy Industry Power Grounding Technology Standards Committee was held in Wuhan on February 4, 2018. The meeting was organized by Wuhan Kangda Electric Co., Ltd., the revised unit of DL/T 475-2017 "Guidelines for the Measurement of Characteristic Parameters of Grounding Devices" and a member of the Grounding Standards Committee.
